Cleared Recruitment are supporting a leading global cloud and technology provider in the search for Technical Program Managers to join a high-performing security team supporting enterprise and government customers across highly secure cloud environments.
Your New Opportunity
As a Senior Security Technical Program Manager, you will play a key role in driving long-term security initiatives and program outcomes across regulated and enterprise environments. You will work across multiple stakeholders to coordinate security engagements, uplift security posture, and support the delivery of secure cloud-based capabilities.
This position sits within a large-scale cloud infrastructure environment and focuses on delivering security outcomes across complex technical programs. You will work closely with customers, technical teams, infrastructure teams, and security stakeholders to design, implement, and improve security capabilities and frameworks across critical environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate security-related engagements with internal and external stakeholders
- Drive delivery of security work packages and technical security initiatives
- Implement and align security frameworks including ISM, PSPF, DSPF, ASIO T4, NIST and ASD Essential Eight
- Work closely with infrastructure, cloud, and service teams to improve overall security posture
- Support security architecture, risk assessments, threat modelling, and compliance activities
- Identify roadblocks and drive continuous improvement across security processes and delivery
- Facilitate and support cross-functional working groups and security projects
- Develop thought leadership and contribute to security and emerging technology initiatives
- Manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes within fast-paced environments
About You
- Strong experience delivering security-focused programs or technical security initiatives
- Background across cyber security, SOC environments, security architecture, compliance, auditing, or risk management
- Experience working within regulated, enterprise, government, or Defence environments
- A deep understanding of at least three of the following areas - information security, cryptography, communication security, service-orientated architectures, cloud-based systems, security risk assessments, or threat modelling.
- Experience implementing security frameworks and standards such as PSPF, ISM, DSPF, NIST, or ASD Essential Eight
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce detailed technical documentation
- Relevant degree or equivalent industry experience within Cyber Security, Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines
- An AGSVA Security Clearance is highly regarded, though not essential.
